Job Description:

The Junior Sales Administrator supports the sales function within an IT Company by managing early-stage client relationships, assisting in closing sales opportunities and handling any administrative tasks that are assigned.

This role is ideal for an ambitious individual looking to build a career in sales, develop strong commercial skills, and grow within a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales pipeline by following up on enquiries and prospects
  • Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and sales documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and activities in the CRM system
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking performance against targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth client onboarding
  • Attend client meetings and industry events when required
  • Keep up to date with company services, pricing, and market trends
  • Any other duties that might be assigned

  • IT Knowledge will be considered an asset due to company industry

Education & Experience:

  • Post-secondary education or relevant sales/business qualification preferred
  • Up to 2 years experience in sales, customer service, or a commercial role preferred
  • Sales experience (even internships or part‑time roles) is considered an asset but not mandatory
