What You'll Be Doing

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for developing your own client portfolio while managing the full recruitment lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identifying new business opportunities and growing your client base.
• Understanding clients' hiring needs and providing recruitment solutions.
• Advertising vacancies and proactively sourcing candidates.
• Screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
• Matching candidates to suitable opportunities based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinating interviews and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
• Negotiating offers and supporting both clients and candidates through to successful placement.
• Providing an outstanding recruitment experience that reflects the Right Fit values.

We're looking for someone who is:

• Confident building relationships with clients and candidates.
• An excellent communicator with strong negotiation skills.
• Organised and able to manage their own workload.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Passionate about helping people find meaningful career opportunities.

Experience

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

• Recruitment or talent acquisition (preferred).
• Sales, business development, account management, or customer relationship management.
• Working towards targets and achieving results.

Previous recruitment experience is advantageous, but we also welcome applications from high-performing sales professionals looking to transition into recruitment. We also welcome applications from individuals who have a background in Psychology or Social Wellbeing/Human Sciences.
